To provide a better understanding of how employees and employers view, engage with and receive benefits from wellbeing programs, Virgin Pulse, in collaboration with Workforce magazine, surveyed 908 employers and 1,818 employees as part of our annual surveys on employee health and wellbeing. We analyzed data from employer sponsored programs and examined employee participation in wellbeing programs, drilling down to better understand the challenges and benefits of workplace health and wellbeing programs. Where relevant, we compared this year's results to 2015 data to highlight trends and best practices.
